Caviar Direct Shipping
Policy:
All
shipments are sent Fedex overnight priority. Caviar Directs policy, to our
customers, is to guarantee all our products and services.
In order to issue any credit or to replace a product which might be
damaged, broken or destroyed. The item must either be returned and/or a digital photo showing any damage
to be emailed directly upon receipt of product.
- Shipments are $35
overnight, Monday through Thursday. Shipping is available to most locations
for Saturday arrival at an additional charge of $10.
- Please place all
orders for “next day delivery” no later than 12 noon, Eastern Standard Time.
- Please note that
Fedex does not deliver to any PO Box. Caviar Direct is not responsible for any incorrect
addresses, so please check all addresses and telephone numbers of
recipients.
- If you have any
“special shipping instructions” please make note of that prior
to checkout. Please specify if your package is to be noted “Fedex
Release” when delivered to your residence or place of business.
- All our products are
packaged in styrofoam box with ice packs or thermo bags. Our packaging is
good for 24 hours, so please, upon receipt, place your perishable products
immediately in the coolest section of the refrigerator. All our products
are insured for damage or loss.
- Return Policy: In case of returns, due to product quality,
damaged goods, etc., Caviar Direct will send replacement product, credit
your account or make arrangements for re-shipment back to warehouse if we
are contacted within 24 hours of receipt of package, do not dispose of goods.

remember caviar can only be shipped within the Continental USA, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico.
